YVO4 Crystals

Yttrium vanadate (YVO4) crystal is grown by Czochralski method. It is a positive uniaxial crystal with good mechanical and physical properties and excellent thermal stability. YVO4 crystal has a wide range of transparency and large birefringence. YVO4 crystals are excellent synthetic substitutes for calcite (CaCO3) and rutile (TiO2) in many applications. We offer YVO4 crystals in various specifications.
