Iron (Fe:LiNbO3)-doped lithium niobate (LiNbO3) crystal is an attractive photorefractive material due to its high photorefractive sensitivity, high electro-optic coefficient, diffraction efficiency, and chemical-mechanical properties. The Fe:LiNbO3 crystals were grown by the Czochralsky method and were large in size. The wide range of available dopants and levels enables tuning of material properties for specific applications. We offer Fe:LiNbO3 crystals in various sizes.
