Er:YAG Crystals, 0.15%Doping

Er3+:YAG crystal is an attractive lasing material for eye-safe emission at 1617 and 1645 nm wavelengths, which can be diode-resonantly pumped into the upper laser manifold at 1470 nm and 1532 nm. By using a heavily erbium-doped (~50 at.%) YAG crystal, high-efficiency CW laser operation of ~3 µm can be obtained. We offer Er3+:YAG crystals in various sizes.
