Bismuth germanate (BGO) crystals are highly efficient photoconductors with low dark conductivity that can accumulate large amounts of photoinduced space charges. The enormous photoconductivity and electro-optic properties make BGO crystals attractive for a range of applications. We can supply BGO crystals in various sizes. BGO crystals are grown by a modified Czochralski method and are available in pore sizes up to 3 inches in diameter.
