The polarizer is made of UV fused silica and has a high laser damage threshold of up to 50 mJ/cm2. We offer broadband thin film polarizers with an operating bandwidth of 100 nm, centered at 800 nm or 1030 nm. Rs/Tp > 99.5/95.0%; Extinction ratio: Tp:Ts > 200:1; Backside anti-reflection coating: Rp<0.3%.

These broadband thin-film polarizers are designed for use in high-energy laser systems and are often used as extra-cavity attenuators for femtosecond lasers.
